Masya Allah, Tabarakallah, praise be to Allah who has granted us life, health, and the space to continue striving on this Earth. I'm Kak J, and today I’m reaching out — especially to the B40 community and all families — with a heartfelt message about sustenance (rezeki), financial discipline, and the secret to lasting blessings in our lives.
๐ Sustenance Begins with Self-Awareness
We often think of “rezeki” as money alone, but in truth, it also includes health, peace of mind, time, love, and family harmony.
But yes — one key entry point to a life full of rezeki is financial responsibility.
✅ Step 1: Know your financial standing.
➡️ List out all your debts. Prioritize repaying them. The Prophet ๏ทบ said that those who settle debts will have their sustenance opened by Allah.
✅ Step 2: Pay your essentials:

Electricity (TNB)
-
Water bills
-
Telco/internet
-
Subscriptions (e.g. Astro)
Once all core expenses are handled, we look at what’s left. Even with a small remaining amount, we can still provide for our families with planning and intention.
๐ Smart Spending with Purpose
We don’t need to be rich to be generous or wise. For example, as a mother of many, I (Kak J) find simple and creative ways to feed my family:
๐ I buy a bag of ripe bananas (still good, but unsold) at RM2 from the local supermarket (Econsave).
๐ฉ With them, I make cokodok pisang — banana fritters that my entire family can enjoy.
After the effort of cooking, sitting together, laughing, sharing stories — that is the real meal. It feeds not only the body but the soul. That is also rezeki.
❤️ Family Is the First School of the Ummah
A strong family builds strong individuals. And strong individuals build strong nations.
That starts in the kitchen, in the home, with grateful hearts and wise choices — all for the sake of Allah SWT.

O Allah,
Bless their finances with barakah (divine blessings),
Widen their sustenance as wide as the heavens and the earth.
Make every cent they earn a source of goodness, and every meal they prepare, a source of love.
O Allah,
For those burdened with debt, ease their path to repayment.
For those facing illness, grant them full healing with no trace of pain.
For those struggling with hardship, open doors they never imagined.
Replace their worries with peace.
Replace their fears with faith.
Replace their loneliness with love and strong support systems.
O Allah,
Make their homes full of mercy and joy.
Guide their children to grow as righteous individuals,
And guide each step they take towards success in this world and the Hereafter.
